To be able to utilise your new knowledge to become that ‘presence’ for your group, enabling them to develop their full potential and to achieve their goals. You will have the opportunity to develop your own particular style of facilitation and to become an effective leader of an enthused group. This workshop will help you to ascertain your own strengths and challenges, work with what you are good at and develop opportunities to stretch yourself further. We are pleased to offer 10 free places to attend a Facilitation Skills Workshop on Sunday 22nd April 9-11am. This is a wonderful opportunity to develop your skills in managing and facilitating groups.
There is no cost for the workshop but we do ask that you be available on either Saturday 19th May or Sunday 20th May of the Gathering to share facilitation duties for one session. You will be partnered with an experienced facilitator, so you can develop your skills in a supported way.
