Here are some thoughts from this session:
Reorganising and the need for sourcing money. Also, to consider what you want to do and thinking about who else wants that, with relevance to finances.
Saying ‘no’ to offers or suggestions can be empowering.
It would be great to further discuss; Employing a garden coordinator, funding the costs and managing the employee.
The power of impact to source funds and the telling of our story to demonstrate the impact….these would be aspects for further exploration.
Thoughts to take away from the session would be….Don’t sell yourself cheap, abundance goes well beyond money and the using of grant money to build infrastructure.
‘Could you?’ thinking becomes ‘Can we?’
